Data Bridge 2.3.5 won't install

Hi I've just reinstalled Windows 10 pro and have Adobe Dreamweaver CC 2020 but when I try to install Data Bridge 2.3.5 using a recommended extension installer on this forum "Anastasiy's Extension Manager" it comes up with this message and I can't install the extension, is this my problem or is it the extension, please help thanks

I've also tried the command line tool
ExManCmd.exe /install DataBridge_235.zxp
it installs but not properly I think as it seems to extract the files quickly like within 2 seconds, I think it should take longer than that and then nothing on the toolbar works as I also go to create a recordset to get the activation screen up but nothing happens

UPDATE

I’ve managed to install the extension through the extension manager but still nothing happening when I click on record set in the MySQLi menu, no activation screen and installation was still too quick to be installed properly

I’ve tried to install data bridge on another PC this has Dreamweaver 2021 on it and the same thing happens, so it can’t be dreamweaver but I think it’s something to do with the data bridge installer, two fresh installs and not working, other extensions such as design extender and ecsrt work just fine with the activation screen appearing
