SuperSuite is a combination of our other products. It doesn't have its own serial number and would appear as individual products and not super suite in your order history. You are probably using the wrong serial number. Look in the serial number message for which product serial number it needs. If you still need help post your phone number and I'll call you and do screen sharing to get it working for you.
