Your connection file was hand edited and had errors. I corrected those and found the page still had issues, so I updated to the latest version of rsobj.php and that seems to have gotten the page working.

I'd reinstall MySQLi Server Behaviors or DataBridge to make sure you have the latest version of the rsobj.php file in the future, but the page is working now.
