After AJAX call of CKEditor, screen comes in with textarea box

When I use exact same function for a different <div> in my page to call and replace CKEditor window, I get two different results. See attachments:

One has a Textarea box around it. I can't figure it out. It's the exact same function for a different <div>. Any ideas without having access to all files? Thank you.
