Add to cart duplicates

I have a product page that has about 6 dog food types, some are for example chicken large and small bites. When I have my select lists for the add to cart or if I use static add to cart set for the different bags they do not go into the cart as different items.

For example, if I add a 6lbs large bites for 13.99 and a 6.6lbs small bite for 13.99 they only appear as one item in the cart instead of two different items. I have tried on two different pages and also using two different tables.

I am supposed to go live with this site on Monday and really need some help. Thanks in advance.

You can see the cart at bnbfood.php which I have changed to static items while troubleshooting.
