Backing Up Data

I have created a few forms using Form Builder and don't want to have to re-create them in the event of a computer crash etc. Is there any way to back them up? I have created a few presets such as groups, styles etc. It would also be handy to know if I can move these from my workstation to the laptop (using my 2 activations) so that I can work on stuff on the move without having to re-create it again.

The reason I am posting this here and not in the FB forum is because I have the Sub Library and so would like to know as a general principle if I can do this with ALL EXTENSIONS. There doesn't seem to be a 'General' forum so I couldn't post it there.
