Cannot add image through CK editor

I did a search for /admin/webassist/kfm/index.php using find and replace in "the entire site " - and t doesn't appear anywhere

Where did you see the path you mention - I cannot find anything pointing to this folder ?

The folder is indeed at Webassist/kfm but again I cannot find any links to this in any tag
