Data Assist corrupted

I was using the DataAssist to create an insert and when I gave it the name of the file to create I forgot to put an extension to the file name (.php) and I got errors and can no longer use this function. See the attachment with the errort. I tried reloading the extension but this does not fix it.... I am using windows 10 pro. Dreamweaver 15 and 19.

Got it taken care of.... deleted WinFileCache file and reopened and it appears I am up and running again.
