Blank PDFs - Am curious

Blank PDFs - Am curious

Just a quick question to satisfy my curiosity:

Given the problems that a few people seem to be having when accessing the support PDFs, and the successful solution that is invariably to right click and 'save as', would it not be in your best interests (time saving) to use a php script to force a file download rather than let the PDF open in the browser? (i.e. à la - force_download.php )

This would make the process easier for the end user, and save you having to spend time posting the solution on the forums.

Just wondering!
