Clear textbox if checkbox unticked

Hi Ray

It seems the issue is with Javascript not being enabled on some phones and therefore the conditional programming for the email box doesnt function. It looks like the best way around is to have the Email box and associated tick box their permanently but keep the validation so that the Email is only required if the associated box is ticked.
