Help with sending email to multiple recipients

This is something I thought was working, but was just changing something and noticed it isn't.

Basically a form is submitted and should send an email to each contact connected to a product. The form is a basic form that creates a record connecting a user with the product, so each contact for the product gets a notification that that has happened.

For my test it is sending two emails, to the correct email addresses in the recordset, but its not displaying the correct first name in the email body - but rather the first name of the first record in each.
