I updated the Solving problems with Dreamweaver link to include the recent suggestion of recreating the DW site def. I'm trying to provide one place to present troubleshooting procedures in the order of easiest to most drastic.

The idea is to avoid writing out the instructions each time a problem comes up. These links can be used anyway you want without credit. Just trying to simplify things. Corrections and suggestions are always welcome.
