Adding 'OR' to recordset breaks results page

I have a field called 'DetailSchool' which is what I am searching for via URL (?DetailScool=XYZ&Search=Search) where the recordset includes "WHERE DetailProductID = '2'. This works great.

But when I add "WHERE DetailProductID = '2' OR '3', the results no longer filter by the DetailSchool info in the URL. I have also tried "WHERE DetailProductID <> '99' but that seems to break the search too.

Am I formatting something wrong, or is this just not going to work? Any other ideas on how i might do this. The reason the school name isn't in the recordset is because i'm trying to send 45 schools to the same results page, and just filter the result based on the URL.
