PayPal Advanced passing item Name and/or Description

Thread began 6/05/2017 7:57 pm by TroyD | Last modified 6/22/2017 12:43 pm by TroyD | 402 views | 18 replies

Just wanted to drop in an let you (or anyone else watching this post), know that I am still working on this issue. I submitted a ticket to PayPal a week ago and never heard back from them. I ended up calling them and after talking to several people there, I was finally connected with someone who understands what I am trying to figure out. They are looking over the last few transactions to see what the "request" and "response" for each includes. I sent him what I had but he kept saying "I see the request and it has the description but I don't see the response".

I'm afraid I don't fully understand which part is the response. He said that the part I had provided earlier in this thread was the request. What would the response look like? Can you show me an example of what I would be looking for?
