uniInitialize error: RangeError: Invalid array length after adding Managing Relational Tables functionality

I've recently added relational table functionality to the attached page following this tutorial (http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Manage-relational-tables). It appeared to work well but today, when I was trying to troubleshoot an issue by going back into the Insert Multiple Records server behavior, I got the error "uniInitialize error: RangeError: Invalid array length". I get the same error trying to open the Insert Single behavior dialog. In addition, on other server behaviors, even clicking on them throws a "the value of the selectedNode property is not a node in the document."

Funny thing is, the page seems to function fine in the browser.

The "tbl_product_insert.php" is the one throwing the errors. The one appended with "WRKD2" was a version from yesterday that wasn't throwing the errors. I've used a file comparison utility, but am scratching my head.

Any thoughts?
