How to define a site in dreamweaver cs4 using php mysql and iis in windows 7.0 64 bit?

I have opened a folder in inetpub/wwwroot/mysite in the users section of my desktop (not in the administration section). I then proceeded to define the site in dwcs4. I named the site as mysite. I put the local root folder as C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysite, I then specified the images folder as C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mysite\assets\images". I am using "php/mysql" and url-"http:/localhost/mysite/". After doing all these the Testing Server choice is still not checked. I tried to test a page "test1.php" in localhost. Localhost opened but showed nothing.
I think I have explained all but would like to explain all that is needed further, if required.
I am at my wits end.
Please help me set iis as my testing server and see the word "Hello" in the page "test1.php" on my localhost.
Sorry, if I have asked beyond my asking rights.
