ASP Insert page forward to blank Details page

ASP Insert page forward to blank Details page

I have a site that has been functioning for at least 5 years without issue.
This week, out of the blue, the Insert Record function is not loading a populated Detail Page.
It is as if the ID is not being forwarded.
I feel like if I could just change this line:
WA_redirectURL = "gallerypics_Detail.asp"
.... and specify the ID that it would load, but I was struggling with syntax. Finally I tried " gallerypics_Detail.asp?pCID=4671 (where that is the actual pCID of a record and it threw a Resourse not found error. I suspect I am matching the wrong parameter for the Detail page as there are 3 set.
Dim WADAgallerypics__ParamSessionpCID
WADAgallerypics__ParamSessionpCID = "-1"
If (Session("WADA_Insert_gallerypics") <> "") Then
WADAgallerypics__ParamSessionpCID = Session("WADA_Insert_gallerypics")
End If
Dim WADAgallerypics__ParampCID2
WADAgallerypics__ParampCID2 = "-1"
If (Request.QueryString("pCID") <> "") Then
WADAgallerypics__ParampCID2 = Request.QueryString("pCID")
End If
Dim WADAgallerypics__ParampCID
WADAgallerypics__ParampCID = "-1"
If (Request.QueryString("pCID") <> "") Then
WADAgallerypics__ParampCID = Request.QueryString("pCID")
End If

Again, this has happened on every instance of Insert on this site. These pages have not changed in years.

I do have a valid Session value setting prior to the Insert page loading, which is still available on the failed Details page. Is there a way I can call that Session Value in my Redirect URL and successfully load the page?
