Delete Multiple Records Behavior Not Deleting

I've created a page with a form that contains a table with a few form fields. The Repeat Region Behavior seems properly installed in the lower row of the table and the form fields reflect some of the columns in a Recordset. A form Submit button seems to be properly installed as well. But nothing is deleted when I press the Submit button.

I have tried using a checkbox as Deletion Key Field and I have tried using a field name too, but neither works.

The table doesn't display the values in all the columns of the DB table, which makes me wonder whether that is the reason for the malfunction.

Attached you may find the page in question and below you may find the parameters in case you'd like to test the page live.

Thank you for your attention
