Last week I had a web chat with Adobe and their words were not very promising. So my question to you all are what is WebAssists timeline? Soon, like expressed below or a bit more proactive? Below is the transcript of my chat - ask me and I'd say their customer service is a bit lack luster, average 3 -5 minutes lag between my questions. Thoughts anyone?

David Hinds: Nitin, I understand the word soon however it tends to have a different meaning to many people. Does soon mean in a week or in a month or in a year? Just how soon is soon?
Nitin: There is no such update about this for now but let me assure you that its not going to take long .
