Unable to download DataAssist

Unable to download DataAssist

I attempted to download Datassist today but the process wouldn't initialise. I was using Firefox so it can't be an IE problem. I downloaded successfully all the other Supersuite extensions with no problem. All the other extensions immediately downloaded (I use Vista and the dowloading process message box started up right away. As far as I could see no dowload of the zip even began and I tried several times. I even tried to reactivate the key but to no avail.

I should at this point tell you that I am a bit dynamically challenged - I haven't ever used the dynamic data side of DW before and therefore haven't ever set up a local server (or a remote one for that matter). So its maybe that's the problem?
