EDIT: We just received this from Cardinal Commerce:
"We recently, this morning, disabled any incoming traffic that uses SSL v. 3.0 protocol due to the POODLE vulnerability. From a SSL certificate standpoint, can you confirm that you are not using SSL v. 3.0? You may need to check with your host server if you do not know."
We also spotted details of the POODLE vulnerability on the PayPal website at:

Could this be the issue with all of our transactions failing?
EDIT: After the session with Ray, it was Cardinal Commerce at fault for changing their system and not informing us. Our server was using SSL v. 3.0 as well.
