Busted in IE6
FIXED! Please anyone having trouble with background images rendering in IE6: IE6 WILL NOT render pngs for backgrounds. There are a few fixes for importing them but for me, I just ported my images to gifs and all is right with the IE6 world. IE6 must be an ugly step-child with all the bugs I read about in my travels in trying to fix this.
==========================================================================
So, I spent the morning putting together my layout, which I could not have done w/o sculptor - awesome product. I had only one FF bug to fix where one div needed a clearfix (FF bug). Otherwise it's beautiful in all browser's I've tested (about 10) EXCEPT it's TOTALLY busted in IE6. It's so bad I can't even discern where to begin.
I've read about double margin bug, HasLayout, etc. but no fixes help at all.
Can anyone give me guidance? There must be some glaring error for it to be so bad! It's an issue because according to my google stats, a full 20% of my IE users on the site which this new design will replace are version 6 so it's got to be fixed.
