I want to build a database-driven web site. Which suite should I use?

A customer wants a web store built that will show : Part Number, Superseded Part Number, Description, Photo, Condition (pick from another data file), and Cost. I do not have an exhaustive list of items at this time, but there are many.
I was wondering if I should use PowerStore or CafeCommerce, or a separate database and Datagrid to build the site.
I understand two of the options have you building the site, and the other has me doing most of the work. Do PowerStore and CafeCommerce create a framework and pages, into which I pour data? I cannot find the answer I seek in your on-line pages.

Please advise.what you think the most smooth process would be.
