Checkout.php page changes to PayPal Login rather then to checkout_success.php page while checking out with credit card

Checkout.php page changes to PayPal Login rather then to checkout_success.php page while checking out with credit card

I unfortunately continue to have trouble with the new e-cart 6 checkout process and was so far not able to get it to work without any flaws in any of our websites.

One of my biggest problems currently is with the checkout of our website :

The checkout.php page changes to the PayPal login page after submitting the order (despite having chosen the Credit Card Payment Option)

- Customer fills out all information on checkout.php page
- Clicks “continue” to load the payment options
- Enters payment options and clicks on “submit”
- Pages changes to instead of the checkout_success.php page

The order does go through and is processed via Credit Card using AuthorizeNet and an order confirmation is send.

Any Ideas why the checkout.php page would change to the paypal login rather then the checkout_success.php page ?

Thanks and best regards,
