Dreamweaver Template Crashes in Design View

I dont see a problem with the template, sounds like more of a Dreamweaver problem to me,

Maybe try closing the Server Behaviors and Bindings panels when working on the template.

Also, Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
