Is the PHP code generated by WebAssist's MySQLi extension compatible with PHP 6.x versions

I am in the process of converting an entire website from the deprecated DWSC6 server extensions and mysql connection scripts to your MySQLi connection and server behaviors. I need to know if the code generated by your MySQLi extension is and will be compatible with newer versions of PHP and MySQL as they are released? How long will you support Dreamweaver CS6 (I have NO intention of subscribing to Adobe's CC monthly extortion)?
