asking the question of why Switch and Maestro are not added by the checkout wizard during your Premiere appointment should not incur an additional fee. the Fee is for the custom coding.
I am not one of the developers that worked on eCart so I do not have knowledge of why the eCart functionality does not add the Switch and Maestro cards to the checkout process. However, Ray _is_ one of the developers so is much better suited to answer the question than I.
I am simply trying to point you to the correct resource for the question being asked.
I Did not say your question about switch and maestro was unreasonable, I mearly said that I dont know the answer to that question, but since you already have a premiere appointment set up where you will be working with Ray, why not go directly to the source and ask your question there.
Ray is very reasonable about the time he gives in premiere support appointments. As for your question about whether implementing the solution for switch and maestro will cause an additional fee, that really remains to be seen, and although you may not like it, needs to be answered by Ray.
At this point, I think it would be more productive to wait till you have your appointment and ask your questions there, you really will get a lot farther that way than continuing to ask them of me. In all honesty, I don't have the answers you want.
As for the bugs you have encountered, I have apologized for them on a few occasions. We don't add bugs to our software on purpose and do truly regret that you are encountering them. We are working to correct them so you will not encounter them in the future.
