Notice: Undefined offset: 6 in E:\domains\b\boardingkennels.org\user\htdocs\webassist\database_management\wa_appbuilder_php.php on line 133

Hello!

This used to work before I upgraded DataAssist!

I use DataAssist to work out the number of unique visitors and page hits for my clients.

The page hits count is working well still. However the unique visitors is no longer working correctly and produces an error at the top of the page:
http://www.boardingkennels.org/details/kennels-DA-error.php?recordID=7000

ERROR:
"Notice: Undefined offset: 6 in E:\domains\b\boardingkennels.org\user\htdocs\webassist\database_management\wa_appbuilder_php.php on line 133"

There are 2 problems:
1. The above error
2. The 'Group By' function does not seem to be working correctly any more.

GROUP BY:
I have a visitors table with 7 records in it, all visited by the same IPaddress. This should give me 1 unique visitor, with 7 visits (page hits). I am getting results of 7 unique visitors with 7 page hits.

Please see attached for the DataAssist information and the html.

Please help, thank you so much!
kindest regards
Kay :-)
