Transfering Mysql database from Localhost to 1&1

Hi Jason,
Please am having an issue transferring my local MySQL database to 1&1 database. I've created a database with 1&1 and i've exported and saved my MySQL database from my localhost to my desktop, but every time i try importing the data into the 1&1 database i created, it keep giving me this error codes

"SQL query:

--
-- Database: `eonn`
--
CREATE DATABASE IF NOT EXISTS `eonn` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci

MySQL said: Documentation

#1044 - Access denied for user 'dbo534278573'@'%' to database 'eonn'

My files is way less than the max file they allow. don't know what to do,so please have you ever come across such problem, if so i can anyone direct me on what to do. Thanks
