Same issues as above

My ISP uniweb.no closed my site today because of installed.jpg file. I tried to rename that file to waDummyLogo.jpg and changed the code in WA_Globals at lines 58-60 to this filename. This didn't help on their securityscan on my files and i had to delete this file before they opened my site again.
So the Question is this, shall I delete or comment out line 58-60 in WA_Globals?
