thanks for bringing this to our attention, I have logged a bug to have it corrected in the next update
This one i am not able to reproduce, but will keep my eye on it to hopefully find the trigger.
the form elements must have a valid type and name attribute set. If you continue to have a probelm, send a copy of the form, and i will be able to spot the cause.
h5Validate was cossen because it allows for validation and use of HTML 5 form elements like type="email" in older browsers that don't have native support for them.
it allows you to develop your forms using modern HTML 5 elements and have those forms still function in older browser like IE 8
