Matching two email fields and verifying captcha on entry rather than on submit

Thread began 12/21/2013 6:45 am by drdocb | Last modified 12/24/2013 3:51 am by drdocb | 452 views | 2 replies

Starting to figure this out. There is Spry validation for confirming email fields match so that works to compare email addresses but second question re checking validity of captcha before posting form is inherently complicated it seems. need server side validation to securely validate captcha as client side (i.e. Spry) would be a security issue and could easily be bypassed.

I am trying to find a way that the user could verify humanity versus robot before completing entire form - maybe an ajax call to ask the server to validate?

Probably beyond the scope of this forum but never hurts to ask if there are any other approaches.
