We're listening and we hear you, and as I've said (and my colleague Mark repeated), we're looking into it. We should have a course of action shortly.
It's actually kind of great to hear how much you value the earlier forums. And Neil - I sincerely relate when you say you forgot what you did and wanted to look it up in your own post! I do that with my books all the time... "now how do you do that again..." - usually accompanied with much head scratching :-)
