Power CMS is editable when Power Messenger user logs in

Hello, I have setup Power Messenger and when a user registers and is logged into Power Messenger the website becomes editable for the Power CMS areas of the website.
It is the strangest thing because the Power CMS and the Power Messenger use different databases for login credentials.
If I login as the Admin for Power Messenger the Power CMS in editable.
If I login as a user for Power Messenger the Power CMS in editable to any user.

Any thoughts on how I can separate the two different login systems?
