HTML Editor area not working either in PowerCMS or DataAssist edit/update pages

I've had DataAssist installed on a client site for a month or so and it was working fine, however yesterday I added PowerCMS to the site and now I find that none of the HTMLEditor instances are working properly, either in the DataAssist pages or PowerCMS. They don't show up at all in either Chrome or Firefox, and in IE10 they do show up but some of the buttons are missing or not displaying correctly. Screenshots are attached to let you see what I mean. Can you advise?
