It is a holiday weekend in the US... so I don't think it has anything to do with a "too hard" basket. I can honestly say that the WA guys have gotten to all of my problems within one business day and I am sure if there are unresolved issues, that you will get all the help you need tomorrow.
With that said, as I look at your error code... I see the error for "no file uploaded" which could mean a number of different things.
One is your host... do they allow uploads and if they do, do they have a size limitations.
If they do have a limitation, is the file your uploading larger than the limitation?
Other things to check - is the path in your upload attribute correctly specified and are the permissions correct on that folder?
