Unable to download

I have tried for a couple of days to download this with no luck. I do get the actual download pop-up but it hangs at 0%. Is the download system not working? I have had this problem before. I have tried different times of the day.......late at night.....early morning.........no luck.

I am trying to find good resource material for mysql so I can customize the shopping cart and learn mysql at the same time. Any suggestions for a good source?
