Advise on set up relationship with CHot /moving store
I set up my HotlineWebsites.com/store on it's own domain and want to sell memberships, premium visibility ads as well as CMS sites... Before I gop any further I want to be sure that I my plan is sensible, I chose to have the store on it's own domain to keep all the files separate since we have so much going on already with community hotline with the dynamic themes.... Also we have over 5000 users on Community Hotline and I want only PAID ie folks that have spent $$ with us on Hotline Websites. On community hotline we use the level of membership to determine premium visibilty as well as do or do not show email, websites... I am thinking that we can still do this by simply creating a connection to the store database and recordset to the users table joined with group. #1 is this sensible (if not what steps do I need to do to move the store to the domain communityhotline.com). #2 Would it be possible in a paid support ticket to help me get the membership purchases to adjust the members group so that as soon as they pay their ads... become visible? I would need memberships and also featured posts as items in the store and banner ads that work with Community Hotline.
