Responsive web design in conflict with 2 extensions

My Site

  Dear Sir

I made my first responsive web design site and I have 2 problems with 2 extensions (Google maps and
Datepicker ) from webassist that I am using in this project.

I think that for the both problems the conflict resides in layout.css file wich contains the rules for media queries.

At Google maps at the Address info window you can see his shadow and it is uncomplete (the corners are missing).
In my layout.css file I have a rule :
img, object, embed, video {max-width: 100%;}
if I remove img tag (object, embed, video {max-width: 100%;}) from this rule there are no problems at google map,
I can see it perfect with shadow and corners, but my images from website will not be responsive web design.

The second probleme is with data picker.
When I load the page, on left side of the page it apears a withe band and the footer is pushed up.
If I press date picker from the form the band disappear and the footer take his normal place.
I think that the problem resides also in layout.css file.

How can I solve this problem ?

Thank You in Advance
