Use "Add mutliple items via checkbox" or product option via checkbox?

I have a difficult registration process. Members/Non-Members pay different prices, and a single user (admin or exec assistant) enters multiple registrations at once.

My registration page is an ECart - add from recordset - add to cart button. I want to add golf tournament registration (additional fee) to this add to cart button. here is my registration page (

I would like to add $135 to the price of the registration if the Single golf box is checked, and $500 if the foursome box is checked.

Currently, I have product IDs for each of these, as users are able to register for the golf tournament only.

What is the best way for me to accomplish this?
