How to open sections of a form by clicking a link

Hi,
I want to create a form for an insurance company where customer can add their information at the top, then there is a line of text that is hyperlinked that says "click here if you want to add another family members details" and if they click it the section opens like a spry panel and they can add more info. Alternatively, they can skip the hyperlink and go straight to the submit button. I have seen it done before and wondered if form builder / data bridge is capable of that and if you have any suggestions on how to go about it?
Thanks!
