it all depends on how you look at it...
for some of us Super Suite owners, this is the best thing to ever happen... let me explain.
I have owned super suite for nearly two years now. Because each major release since then and new products have been beneficial to my business, I have purchased all of them - including Digital File Pro 2, CSS Form Builder, and many more. I have paid more for upgrades and new extensions than I would if I just had the subscription.
Now, I don't have to worry will I have all the latest - a $200 per year fee takes care of that. In my opinion, that is a very nominal fee for software licensing and it takes the doubt out of mind worrying about if I will have the latest stuff or not.
So, I applaud WebAssist for creating an option that makes it so I can continue to get all of their latest stuff at a reasonable price.
I agree, and that's one reason I intend to sign up for the new subscription regardless of my gripe. I just think those who've invested in purchasing lots of extensions for the past few months should get a little more discount than they are receiving now because of the examples I've already mentioned twice and also what other people have discussed.
They listened, indeed. WebAssist has been doing a great job patiently listening to us, and I am pleased to report that they have resolved my case in satisfactory manner. I now consider this peacefully resolved. Thank you Ray for being patient with our complaints.
