JS error when working on NEW form

Hi,
I just up graded to Data Bridge to do forms with and I keep getting error messages when I want to customize one of the pre built forms.

I've uninstalled CSS Form Builder and all of the new programs and re installed only the new ones from the suite and not form builder but I still get the error messages.

"While executing onLoad in wafb_about.htm the following Java Script error in fine 'wafb-about' initialize UI is not defined."

"While executing onMouse Down WAFB_Editing Group Contents htm the following Java Script error has occured: WAP Pop Up Menu is not defined."

How do I fix this?
