Re-inserting a Power Store pod header

Thanks for helping with the previous issue.

I have also found a bug: The User Update in the Admin section throws a validation error 'Please enter a first name' next the the password field. The form will not submit even though all fields are populated.

Another question: I tried adding the security badge to the themed_content.dwt.php file below the editable regions (inside body), re-sync and upload, however, it's is not displaying on the site. What be the correct approach to adding a badge at the bottom of the page?
