search terms cached or stored & add to cart error

Hello~

I'm having an issue with the search function on my store... it seems that the search terms are being stored or cached. As an example, I'll search for a product, then put a different search term in the field, but it returns the results from the original search. The new search term is appearing in the url but the results on the page don't reflect the new term.

Here's a link to the general search page:
products_search.php

You can search by 'everpure' and then go back and search by 'john' and you'll see the error.

Also, the 'add to cart' button sends you to an empty cart....

Thanks!
