Well - how would I have it add the tracking number to the url? I mean, it wouldn't be the same url for everyone (obviously, since tracking numbers are different). The base url would be the same, but is there a variable or something that I can add to the url so that it would insert the tracking number to the url that I know of?

You can probably just update the email to include the URL you know of without needing to add it to the form at all.I would probably update the value of the form element to the url you know. Then update the email body to use the URL with the syntax you are familiar with.
