Well - how would I have it add the tracking number to the url? I mean, it wouldn't be the same url for everyone (obviously, since tracking numbers are different). The base url would be the same, but is there a variable or something that I can add to the url so that it would insert the tracking number to the url that I know of?

I would probably update the value of the form element to the url you know. Then update the email body to use the URL with the syntax you are familiar with.
