Getting Started with PowerCMS Builder

I am just starting a new site and I want to use PowerCMS. I went into my hosting control panel and created a database and user, then I created the first page, I selected a content area, I selected >WebAssist > CMS > Add Content to CMS. The pop up box come up to "Creat Power CMS Content Area", I click on "Define" (for Connection), then "New". What do I enter on that next screen? Here is what I need - and what I think I should be entering:

Connection name: --I assume this can be anything I want??

MySQL server: -- I assume this is the url of my site -- www.mysite.com??

Username: -- I assume this is the username I created when I created my database -- sitename_username??

Password: -- I assume this is the password I created when I created the database??

Database: -- When I click on select I get:

HTTP Error Code 404 File Not Found. Here are some possible reasons for the problem:
1)There is no testing server running on the server machine.
2) The testing server specified for this site does not map to the MMHTTPDB.php URL. Verify that the URL Prefix maps to the root of this site.

What am I doing wrong?
