Missing PowerCMS

Morning.

I think I am going to be embarrassed when I see the response (please respond) .. but I have to ask.

I can't find PowerCMS (there .. I said it).

Upgrade to Windows8, activating everything again.

I installed Design Extender 1.1.1. But when I looked PowerCMS wasn't there so I thought it might be a mistake. I uninstalled and reinstalled ... but it's not there.

I am looking under the WebAssist tab (image attached) .. nothing. Checked the Insert Tab (just eCart).

The HELP file shows a link for PowerCMS but I can't find it. I can load a page that show where the edit areas land and such but I can't find the darn thing.

Help (glasses?)
