This is so dissapointing. I did searches and many of the other carts out there give step buy step guides and vidoes on how to do. I watched and could easily follow. I do not plan on paying to get help that should be provided in support of your software. This is not the only time that there is little support on topics with your ecart. I do know in the future I will look at other software that provides more support and information on there software. Much of the support give is not in detail. I just want to express disappointment.
