inserting contact form error

I have been trying to insert a contact form using Css form builder into the content area od my template without success. when I insert the contact form using the wizzard I have contact then a large spce between when the tiles that sys contact and when the actual fields begin, and the for goes outside the boundry of the content area. I now have upgraded all my extensions so I now have everyonf of you products. I did not have this issue in the previous version of the extensions, so there is somethign I need ot learn in the new versions it all I think the issues is, I have watched the videos, and have tried to print a manual on these tools, frankly I wish you would go back to putting the documentation in a Adobe PDF form it make getting the manual easier and you do not have so much paper waist, and not all of the pages have a print document tool on them and wen you select the print document every time you get an error message. I am using Explorer 9 so I do not see why this error is created. I think I can get this worked out if I just had a manual I could work with on all the tools I have, in the present manual there is so much wasted apce you cannot follow what you need to to get the job done.

I am including a screen shot of the template so you can see my starting point.

Here is the test page for the site I am trying to get this done for the orginization soon:

this is my test area before it is upload to the final URL all I need to do is get a contact page working and protest a page on the site, and i am finished.

Thanks for the help.
